Hi everyone! My name is Grace Maliska and I’m a Communications Manager on our Marketing team here at Discovery Education. My role is to share news about all the good work Discovery Education does through press releases, interviews, articles, and more. I’m excited to share some of the exciting events and launches happening this week!
On Tuesday the 23rd, we’re hosting the first event for a new thought leadership series around Diversity in STEM. Industry leaders as well as district-level and classroom educators are welcome to join for thought-provoking dialogue around building a diverse STEM workforce. Thursday the 25th marks our next Equity Talks discussion moderated by Dr. Luvelle Brown. He’ll be joined by former NBA player and NBA Cares Ambassador Jason Collins, Superintendent Dr. Mark Bedell, and Superintendent Dr. A. Katrise Perera. These live webinars are meant to provide guidance and support toeducators everywhere who strive to bring equity and excellence to their schools, and we hope you’ll join us.
