HomeUncategorizedNeff's Most Basic Built in Oven

Neff’s ovens are divided into different series depending on their features and specifications. The more features and the higher technology the oven is, the higher the series it is in. The highest of the series is series six, which features top of the range models, with all the combined programmes, options and technology that Neff has to offer. Series one is the most basic of all the Neff built in ovens and is practical, but is stripped down a little bit, taking the confusion out of cooking and less of a toll on your wallet.

The series one ovens still incorporate CircoTherm® technology which is really good for defrosting, but also means that you do not have to preheat your oven for long before you want to start cooking as it does this at a higher speed than you might normally expect.

The full surface grill that is incorporated into the oven cavity of the most basic Neff built in ovens can be found in the roof of the oven. It is controlled by a thermostat, which means that it will cycle on and off to maintain the temperature that you have selected.

Most of the models are available in a stainless steel finish, which is pretty easy to maintain and keep clean. The best way to clean stainless steel is to just use soapy water and a sponge, There is no point using any abrasive cleaners as the point of stainless steel is that the dirt and grease should just wipe off easily.

The basic features that come with the Neff B1412 are the EasyClock feature, the automatic programmer, which allows you to put in the time when you want the oven to turn on and off so you do not even have to be there when the food is cooking. You could even set the oven to have your dinner ready for when you get back in from work. This model also has one 40 Watt light, QuickConnect shelf supports, 4 shelf positions and a double glazed door for safety and to keep as much heat in as possible.

The design features of this particular Neff built in oven are that it has a metal control panel, Neff’s easily distinguishable and recognisable oval controls that match other appliances within the range. Other design features include retractable controls, a ‘U’ form door design and a bar handle, giving the oven a chunky, practical and solid look.

This model has a 58 litre usable oven capacity and an energy efficiency rating of A to save you money on your energy bills and put your mind at ease regarding your own contributions to global warming. The standard accessories that come with this Neff built in oven model are one full width enamel pan, one high/low wire shelf, two flat wire shelves and a ‘Tips and recipes’ cook book to get you started along your new Neff cooking career. Many manufacturers do recommend building the oven into a tall housing space, but some of Neff’s ovens can be built under a worktop.
